Unite as One, Grow Together | WOFLY Technology Two-Day Team Building in Heyuan Successfully Concluded

To relieve employees’ daily work pressure, strengthen team cohesion and collaboration, and practice the corporate spirit of "Work Happily, Live Joyfully, WOFLY Moves Forward Together", WOFLY Technology Co., Ltd. of Shenzhen organized a two-day outdoor team building activity for all staff in Heyuan from June 27 to 28, 2026.

On the first day, all employees arrived at a distinctive resort hotel and took a group photo. Inside the elegant and grand hotel lobby, the electronic screen displayed a warm welcome message for WOFLY. All staff held a banner printed with our corporate slogan to capture precious moments, with bright smiles showing the positive spirit of every WOFLY member.

The outdoor team activities kicked off in the afternoon. A series of fun cooperative games were held on the green lawn. Colleagues broke departmental boundaries, cooperated closely and supported each other. The relaxed interactions narrowed the distance between teammates and helped everyone release fatigue accumulated from daily work. In the evening, we held an open-air barbecue party. Surrounded by tents and green grass, staff prepared food together, chatted and laughed around the tables, fully unwinding from tight work schedules amid warm food and lively conversations. Everyone gathered under the tents after dark, sharing stories and enjoying the joyful atmosphere.

On the second day, the team visited a theme amusement park for leisure. Thrilling and fun rides allowed everyone to release vitality freely. Colleagues who focus on technical and business work became playmates, laughing and accompanying one another to get rid of anxiety and enjoy relaxing leisure time.

This two-day team building took staff away from the office with diverse activities including team games, barbecue gathering and amusement park trips, enabling every employee to fully relax. Committed to people-oriented management, WOFLY always balances employees’ career development and life well-being. This activity not only eased overall work pressure, but also strengthened teamwork awareness and deepened mutual trust and tacit understanding among colleagues.
