AFKLOK single stage ultra-high purity pressure regulator is designed for industrial specialty gas cylinders. Equipped with dual pressure gauges, dedicated cylinder inlet, compression tubing outlet and integrated safety overpressure valve. All 316 stainless steel body and all-metal diaphragm eliminate rubber contamination, ideal for semiconductor manufacturing, laboratory R&D and hydrogen energy gas supply systems.
