Product Description

This air filter regulator combines filter and pressure reducer into one unit, designed for compressed air pipeline purification and pressure control. It removes moisture, oil and impurities in compressed air while stabilizing outlet pressure to protect downstream pneumatic equipment.
Equipped with an intuitive pressure gauge, operators can conveniently adjust working pressure. The transparent bowl allows visual observation of liquid accumulation, matched with manual drain for regular water removal. Adopted high-quality aluminum body, the regulator features long service life and strong adaptability for industrial environments.

FAQ

Q: What is the purpose of the air pressure regulator?
A: To reduce and stabilise unstable compressed air (from a compressor or storage tank) at a set pressure.
Prevents downstream equipment (e.g. cylinders, air tools) from being damaged or losing performance due to pressure fluctuations.

Q: How do I adjust the output pressure?
A: Observe the pressure gauge: confirm the current output pressure
Turn the adjustment knob: clockwise (usually for boosting), anti-clockwise (usually for reducing)
Dynamic Adjustment: Fine-tune during equipment operation to ensure stable pressure.

Q: Why is the output pressure unstable?
A: Reason: pressure fluctuation of air source (such as frequent starting and stopping of air compressor), solution: check whether the capacity of air compressor is matched, increase the buffer of air storage tank.
Reason: The regulator diaphragm/spool is worn or clogged, solution: clean or replace the diaphragm and spool.
Cause: Sudden change of downstream air consumption (e.g. simultaneous action of several cylinders), Solution: Select a regulator with larger flow rate (Cv value).
Cause: Air leakage (damaged joints or seals), solution: check the pipeline sealing, replace the O-ring or tighten the joints.
